Gestión de inventarios. Modelo cantidad económica del pedido. Caso de estudio Agrotécnica

Abstract

La investigación propone el uso de modelo de inventarios para la toma de decisiones, y de esta manera optimizar los costos de manteamiento de inventarios en una empresa manufacturera, en función de este criterio se utiliza el modelo de la cantidad económica de pedido, para determinar el nivel de inventario que debe tener la empresa Agrotécnica para la producción de comida de mascotas en el año 2017.
