Sistema de inteligencia de negocios en empresas

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue desarrollar un sistema de inteligencia de negocios que contribuya a la disponibilidad de la información necesaria para la toma de decisiones gerenciales en empresas del sector lácteo de la provincia de Cotopaxi, tomando como muestra a una empresa para la adopción de una propuesta de implementación. Se evaluaron a todas las empresas de la provincia en relación a la disponibilidad, conocimiento, nivel tecnológico, tiempo en elaborar reportes gerenciales, uso de indicadores, importancia, áreas y características de mayor análisis, así como también la participación de los colaboradores de todos los niveles jerárquicos en la toma de decisiones en ellas se evidenciaron deficiencias en sus modelos de gestión en cuanto a innovación y avances en cuanto a la disponibilidad de plataformas tecnológicas que facilitan la adopción de un nuevo sistema analítico de negocios. Este estudio pretende aportar a las cadenas productivas del sector lácteo de los elementos necesarios para establecer modelos administrativos que gestionen el activo informacional, y permitan plantear acciones, programas y proyectos para implementar sistemas de inteligencia de negocios.
