La cultura organizacional y el desempeño empresarial de las operadoras de transporte terrestre interprovincial de pasajeros del Cantón de Milagro

Abstract

La administración dentro de una empresa es un elemento indispensable, sumado a ello la vertiginosa estructura cambiante de los sistemas organizacionales es motivo del presente estudio cuya pretensión no es otra que la de otorgar un valor agregado a lo que venía haciendo en pequeños intentos en las Operadoras de Transporte del cantón Milagro, cuyos órganos filiales compuesta por socios, realizan recorridos desde la ciudad de Milagro a Guayaquil y viceversa, transportando usuarios que en ocasiones perciben indirectamente falencias que provienen de diversos aspectos por la falta de una cultura organizacional adecuada, el tipo de estudio es descriptivo y exploratorio, de campo y bibliográfico, mediante la utilización de instrumentos y técnicas de encuestas participativas dirigidas a los dirigentes y empleados de esta empresa de transporte con la finalidad de conocer aspectos relevantes en el desempeño empresarial de las mismas.
