Abstract

El presente artículo hace referencia a los correctos procesos internos de aprovisionamiento y gestión de inventarios que las cadenas de abastecimiento de las grandes organizaciones necesitan parar poseer una información eficaz y analizada sobre sus existencias con la finalidad de optimizar recursos, para ello se ha tomado como referencia artículos científicos sobre modelos de gestión de inventario y control interno en la gestión de las empresas. De igual forma se han considerado fundamentos teóricos acerca de cadena de suministro (supply chain) y la filosofía de Just in Time.
