Gestión empresarial frente a la rotación del personal

Abstract

En el mundo empresarial, uno de los ejes fundamentales es la gestión empresarial también llamada gestión administrativa que llevan a cabo las organizaciones en su diaria labor, es por ello que de este punto abarca las diferentes áreas que posee la empresa. De esta manera, cobra mucha importancia el elemento humano que se considera como el factor principal para el logro de los objetivos; la eficacia y la eficiencia con la que los trabajadores de la empresa realizan sus labores, se considera como las características propias que forjan a la misma a ser más competitiva dentro de un mundo globalizado. En este trabajo se expone la fases por las que ha pasado el personal humano de la empresa ENDIFA S.A de la ciudad de Guayaquil de Ecuador donde se estipuló que el núcleo del problema es el exceso de rotación del personal que la empresa tiene, considerando que esta situación ha devenido por causas internas, mediante los diferentes métodos e instrumentos de investigación se ha determinado que la gestión administrativa no se lleva a cabo de forma adecuada para la consecución de los objetivos de la organización.
