Abstract

Esta investigación necesita establecer correctas políticas para el desarrollo de esta empresa dedicada al servicio médico. Teniendo en cuenta el proceso de planeación, dirección y control de la actividad que se emprende. Es donde se debe utilizar la proyección del mercado para analizar de manera general el entorno por medio de un eficaz estudio comercial, En base a lo que se está estableciendo se realizó el trabajo de investigación en el cantón Quevedo, con los siguientes objetivos de elaborar un plan de negocios para la creación de un centro de atención médica para adultos mayores en el cantón Quevedo, para identificar la demanda en nuestro cantón se utilizó un cuestionario de preguntas a la muestra de 375 personas que posiblemente sean clientes del centro de atención médica.
