Informe de cumplimiento tributario y su incidencia en las contingencias tributarias

Abstract

El presente artículo está basado en el análisis del informe de cumplimiento tributario para las PYMES del sector ferretero, como una herramienta de control de la situación tributaria de la entidad y la incidencia de este informe en las posibles contingencias tributarias de una empresa. Se aplicaron métodos de investigación bibliográfica y descriptiva, con un enfoque cualitativo para lo que fue necesario emplear técnicas de investigación tales como la observación, que se realizaron a ferreterías previamente escogidas y las entrevistas que se realizaron a profesionales expertos en el tema. Esto permitió recolectar información necesaria para cumplir los objetivos planteados y sustentar la idea a defender del proyecto de investigación.
