Plan de negocio para la fabricación y comercialización de calzado artesanal para damas en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

El objetivo del siguiente proyecto de investigación es presentar un plan de negocio para la fabricación y comercialización de calzado artesanal exclusivamente para damas en la ciudad de Guayaquil, con el fin de cumplir las necesidades de los clientes con productos de calidad hasta lograr el reconocimiento y posicionamiento en el mercado. Para la producción del calzado se contratará mano de obra de artesanos calificados por la Junta Nacional de Defensa del Artesano, quienes fabricarán en diferentes procesos el calzado y el área de calidad garantizará la excelencia del producto que se lanzará al mercado. El Departamento administrativo será el encargado de llevar todos los sistemas contables de la microempresa, asimismo comercializará el producto a los clientes por medio de catálogos, ya que en un mercado tan competitivo se busca aprovechar el conocimiento, las habilidades, las destrezas y la experiencia para ofrecer un excelente producto emprendedor.
