El clima organizacional las pequeñas y medianas empresas del sector servicios

Abstract

Este trabajo es el resultado de la medición del clima organización en las PYMES del sector de servicios del cantón Rumiñahui, para saber cuáles son las principales variables que afectan al clima organizacional, mediante la aplicación de métodos estadísticos multivariante como el análisis de componentes principales. La investigación realizada es de tipo descriptivo cuantitativo en la modalidad de investigación bibliográfica y trabajo de campo. Las empresas estudiadas son las PYMES del sector servicios acantonadas en Rumiñahui según la base de datos la Superintendencia de Compañías. Se aplicó el cuestionario OCQ de Litwin y Stringer a 53 personas de un total de 234 empleados repartidos en 21 empresas del sector servicios, aplicando el muestreo probabilístico y prorrateado según la cantidad de empleados de cada empresa. El cuestionario consta de 53 preguntas que evalúan 9 dimensiones del clima organizacional. Se concluyó que el 14,29% de las empresas poseen un clima organizacional considerado bueno, además se estableció que para mejorar el clima de las organizaciones, las dimensiones se deben agrupar, evaluar y fortalecer en 4 componentes principales.
