Plan estratégico para incrementar la rentabilidad en el centro de enfermedades digestivas Dr. Luis Frugone Morla

Abstract

El plan estratégico propuesto, pretende convertirse en una herramienta de gran importancia que proporcione un sentido de dirección y desarrollo organizacional al centro médico Dr. Luis Frugone. Para este propósito se elabora una estructura metodológica que contempla las técnicas e instrumentos de investigación para la obtención de la respectiva información y poder realizar el diagnóstico estratégico, el cual comprende el análisis general de la situación actual, los factores internos y externos del centro donde se evidencia la capacidad instalada, las técnicas que se utilizan en el desarrollo de las actividades médicas y administrativas. El diseño del plan estratégico tiene por finalidad aumentar los ingresos del centro médico, por medio de las acciones necesarias o estrategias más adecuadas y alcanzables para lograr el objetivo establecido en el tiempo determinado, aprovechando de forma racional los recursos humanos, financieros, materiales y tecnológicos con los que se cuenta en el centro médico.
