Estrategias de crecimiento empresarial y su incidencia en la rentabilidad empresarial

Abstract

El principal objetivo de la investigación consiste en determinar cuál de las estrategias de crecimiento empresarial debe aplicarse al caso de estudio para impulsar la rentabilidad de la empresa. En base a este criterio se aplicó un estudio de mercado que permitió determinar que la estrategia de diversificación de cartera de productos para la empresa Agrotécnica ha direccionado a la empresa hacia nuevos retos de inversión, mejoramiento en planta e incorporación de talento humano para lograr ser una de las empresas reconocidas en el mercado.
