La responsabilidad social que practican las empresas de Bahía de Caráquez Provincia de Manabí

Abstract

El fundamento de esta investigación es identificar la aplicación de responsabilidad social por parte de las empresas de la ciudad de Bahía de Caráquez en la provincia de Manabí. Se utiliza la técnica de entrevista aplicada a los empresarios de la ciudad, la cual permite conocer el grado de aplicación de RSE destacando la contribución al mejoramiento social, económico y ambiental de esta localidad, siendo un aporte para la determinación de la ejecución actual y la elaboración de estrategias que a futuro ayuden a mejorar el desempeño y la buena práctica de RSE. Las empresas de esta ciudad actualmente ejercen campañas y programas que ayudan al mejoramiento de la ciudadanía, pero les hace falta mayores y mejores proyectos en pro del bienestar de sus públicos, permitiéndoles visualizar a la RSE como una gran estrategia empresarial que beneficia tanto a la comunidad como a la empresa.
