Aplicación de la administración de operaciones en las pymes de manufacturas del Cantón Milagro

Abstract

Es notorio que las pequeñas y medianas empresas de manufacturas tienen problemas en el diseño de una estrategia de producción debido a que sus gerentes se centran únicamente en sobrevivir en el mercado y no en aumentar sus ventas y peor en tener un posicionamiento. En este sentido, este trabajo de investigación analiza la aplicación de la administración de operaciones, exponiendo los objetivos de desempeño de las operaciones que permitan mejorar el rendimiento de las pymes de manufacturas del cantón Milagro. Los resultados de esta investigación cualitativa provienen de una muestra de 83 empresas.
