El aprovisionamiento médico - logístico al proceso de cuerpo de guardia en un hospital

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analiza el aprovisionamiento logístico a un proceso de cuerpo de guardia de un hospital general, a partir de un caso de estudio de la práctica social. Los métodos empleados son la entrevista estructurada para caracterizar la logística de aprovisionamiento, un diagrama para describir el flujo material de proveedores internos y externos al servicio de cuerpo de guardia, y el trabajo con expertos para determinar los suministros imprescindibles en el servicio bajo estudio. El aporte fundamental es analizar la relación y el impacto de los suministros con el servicio asistencial.
