Estudio de factibilidad para la adquisición de una máquina de limpieza de motores y piezas industriales por ultrasonido para reducir la contaminación en un taller de rectificación

Abstract

La problemática a tratar inicia en la empresa SOLDAFRIO S.A donde se utilizaban métodos tradicionales para la limpieza de motores y otros instrumentos mecánicos, dado el caso que hubo un índice de enfermedades diagnosticado al personal se pudo detectar que uno de los motivos provenía del uso de químicos que usa la empresa para la limpieza de estos instrumentos mecánicos, que afectaban directamente a la salud de los trabajadores por ende se inició la búsqueda de soluciones que puedan mejorar la situación actual. Por medio de diversas investigaciones se pudo conocer la existencia de una máquina de limpieza de motores y piezas industriales por ultrasonido para reducir la contaminación, costo de esta máquina es elevado por lo tanto se desea saber cuan factible adquirir un nuevo instrumento para la empresa, y el beneficio que se obtenga en la inversión, de tal forma se justifique la viabilidad de este proyecto.
