Cultura Inovativa nas Micro e Pequenas Empresas de Bragança Paulista

Abstract

O artigo teve como objetivo verificar a existência de características culturais propícias à inovação em pequenas empresas do Município de Bragança Paulista. Foram realizadas entrevistas com gestores de três pequenas empresas que apresentaram perfil cultural da Cultura Inovativa por meio do modelo proposto por Martins e Terblanche (2003). Identificou-se na análise dos resultados nas pequenas empresas com perfil de Cultura Inovativa a intencionalidade da inovação, flexibilidade, recompensas, reconhecimentos, tolerância a erros, trabalho em equipe, comunicação aberta, sendo a cultura organizacional de suma importância no processo de intenção de inovar. Em geral, este estudo contribui para a disseminação das dimensões de uma cultura organizacional pró-inovação que possibilite a ação dos empreendedores no sentido de fomentar tal cultura.
