Programa de auditoría para evaluar la gestión de investigación, desarrollo e innovación en IPH VC

Abstract

El trabajo trata sobre auditoría de gestión en una empresa que se dedica al diseño e investigaciones hidráulicas (IPH VC), donde se carecía de herramientas para la evaluación del desempeño de un área que creó y denominó Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación (I+D+i), en específico a proponer un programa de auditoría en función de dicha dirección. Para su realización se emplearon métodos y técnicas del nivel teórico y empírico. Las encuestas, entrevistas y revisión documental fueron técnicas importantes en el proceso porque aportaron las causas que han impedido el control del desempeño del área y el motivo de incertidumbre existente, pudiéndose alcanzar la meta propuesta. Desde el punto de vista práctico el programa de auditoría que se diseñó podrá usarse por cualquier especialista y con sus resultados, dotar a los directivos de información relevante para la toma de decisiones. Desde la perspectiva metodológica, influirá en la creación de nuevos procederes y actuaciones referidas al control. Concluyendo el programa constituye una herramienta para que la empresa de IPH VC evalúe la gestión del área objeto de estudio en cuanto a eficiencia, economía y eficacia.
