Abstract

La necesidad de crecimiento de las compañías incurre en la generación de nuevas oportunidades y la exportación es una buena salida. Ésta requiere de un procedimiento arriesgado pero que bien ejecutado, beneficiará a la organización y al país. Para iniciar con el proceso de internacionalización es necesario analizar nuestro mercado meta, esta información oportuna puede ser encontrada en informes, estudios, redes de negocios y le brindarán una mejor visión de acceso a plazas internacionales. Cuando el objetivo principal de la empresa es satisfacer las necesidades del cliente, la distribución logística eficaz tiene vital importancia, porque a través de este proceso la compañía garantiza su credibilidad y reconocimiento en el medio, y para lograrlo es imprescindible contar con un manual que detalle los procedimientos a seguir. De acuerdo a publicaciones del Instituto de Promoción de Exportaciones e Inversiones [PROECUADOR] (2016, p. 7), el Ecuador representa el 30% de la oferta mundial de banano, convirtiéndolo en el mayor exportador del mundo. Asimismo, el banano figura como el 15% del total de las exportaciones ecuatorianas y es el segundo producto de exportación del país.
