Abstract

El presente trabajo de Titulación “Diseño de un plan de exportación de harina de plátano dirigido al Centro de Transformación de Alimentos “NATUPAL†de la comunidad San Miguel de Palo Largo – Manabí†, es un proyecto que nace de la necesidad que tienen los productores de la comunidad para el desarrollo económico y social de sus habitantes, la propuesta del plan de exportación es por la calidad de su producto y las bondades en el consumo del ser humano en cualquier edad, especialmente las personas mayores y niños, además que es un producto sustituto de harinas tradicionales, sus usos son múltiples y esta a su vez no tiene gluten, siendo una excelente alternativa para las personas celíacas. Manabí, la provincia donde está enfocada la investigación, posee una tierra fértil de abundante producción, obteniendo muy buenas cosechas, y dada la tendencia exterior por el consumo de productos naturales y saludables, da la pauta para iniciar una exportación, con la intención de tener acogida y aprobación.
