Abstract

El desarrollo de esta investigación, permitió demostrar la forma más adecuada de estructurar y administrar los Presupuestos de Proyectos Sociales y Productivos, que facilite ejecutar y controlar adecuadamente los recursos asignados para llevar a cabo los diferentes objetivos establecidos en los mismos. Para lograr una adecuada Administración Presupuestaria, fue necesario formular un proyecto integral cuyos componentes fueron un Centro de Acopio y Comercialización; una Planta de Lácteos; Fomento Ganadero para producción de leche y carne; y, Capacitación y Transferencia de Tecnología que beneficiaría a pequeños y medianos agricultores de la zona centro de la provincia de Chimborazo de la República del Ecuador.De toda esta estructura, se procedió a la elaboración de un “Plan de Cuentas†que conforman los estados financieros y las Cuentas de Orden; estas últimas, servirán para la correcta aplicación de las partidas presupuestarias conforme a los recursos asignados por organismos nacionales e internacionales para la realización de proyectos sociales y productivos.
