Análisis integral de la Resolución 1684 de la CAN con respecto al primer método de valoración aduanera

Abstract

El presente proyecto “ANà LISIS INTEGRAL DE LA RESOLUCIÓN 1684 DE LA CAN CON RESPECTO AL PRIMER MÉTODO DE VALORACIÓN ADUANERA†señala a través de su contenido los artículos que tratan sobre el primer método de valoración, es decir, el valor de transacción llamado precio real pagado de las mercancías importadas. La mercancía importada escogida para esta investigación es camiseta de algodón que corresponde a la partida arancelaria 6109.10.00.00, por lo cual este sector tiene demanda por parte de los consumidores. El objetivo de la investigación se halla en el importador por medio de su departamento de comercio exterior o sus asistentes, conozcan cómo aplicar correctamente el valor de transacción para evitar que el mismo tenga la obligación de pagar multas o algún tipo de sanción a la Administración Aduanera.
