Análisis de mercado para el mejoramiento de compra y venta de vehículos usados en Dicar

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el mercado automotriz para el mejoramiento de compra y venta de vehículos usados en la empresa Dicar, lo cual no impide que se lo pueda aplicar en otra organización. Se presentan los factores que influyen al momento que los clientes deciden realizar la compra de un vehículo, nuevo o usado tales como el precio, los gastos adicionales, la garantía, el uso que tuvo el vehículo por el anterior dueño, seguridad, medio ambiente, depreciación y el tiempo de tenencia del vehículo; factores que de una u otra manera son importantes al momento de elegir comprar un auto, sea nuevo o usado; todo dependerá del uso cual fuese destinado el vehículo. Estas empresas han optado realizar sus operaciones mediante alianzas estratégicas con bancos, cooperativas de ahorro y crédito, entidades que verifican si el cliente es sujeto de crédito y está en posibilidades para comprar dicho vehículo.
