Manual de procedimientos para el control de inventario en la Ferretería Fercomar

Abstract

La Ferretería Fercomar es una microempresa comercial con más de 27 años dedicada a la venta de materiales de construcción, decoración, iluminación, jardinería y ferretería en general. Debido al inestable clima organizacional que existe en la microempresa, el cual se crea por la falta de control de inventario, la Ferretería Fercomar se vio en la necesidad de desarrollar un manual que sirva como herramienta en la cual se defina los lineamientos, funciones y procedimientos que permitan reducir las debilidades detectadas en la microempresa. Para determinar los problemas, se estudió los procesos existentes en la Ferretería Fercomar, para definir correctamente procedimientos que se establecieron en el manual y este a su vez ayude a realizar las funciones de manera correcta, optimizando el trabajo, mejorar el rendimiento laboral y sobre todo mejorando el clima organizacional.
