Empreendedorismo feminino: uma análise do perfil de mulheres proprietarias de pequenas e médias empresas

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta um estudo sobre o perfil da mulher empreendedora que lidera negócios empresariais. O objetivo geral do estudo foi analisar o perfil das mulheres empreendedoras, que estão à frente de seus negócios, quais suas características, seu estilo de gestão, escolaridade e formação profissional, entre outros fatores relacionados ao mundo empresarial. A metodologia utilizada teve abordagem qualitativa, com uso da pesquisa bibliográficas e de campo, aplicando um questionário criado para essa pesquisa. A pesquisa contou com a participação de 6 empresárias, visando identificar suas características mais relevantes e os fatores que as levaram a agir e empreender. O trabalho identificou o perfil das mulheres que estão à frente de seus negócios, revelando-as como apaixonadas pelo que fazem, proativas, persistentes, com controle sobre os conflitos no ambiente de trabalho e gestão democrática.
