O pensamento sistêmico no desenvolvimento da cadeia de valor: como analisar estratégicamente os processos de negócio em uma organização?

Abstract

Cada vez mais, para criar e estabilizar uma posição de vantagem competitiva sustentável, as melhores organizações estão investindo na aplicação de conceitos que envolvem novas ferramentas, aprendizagem e conhecimento.O BPM (Business Process Management) ou Gerenciamento de Processos de Negócio surge neste contexto como resposta ao cenário cada vez mais competitivo. Ao analisar e modelar processos, as inter-relações críticas devem ser consideradas, no entanto, algumas iniciativas falham em não analisar a cadeia de valor da organização de forma holística. Desta maneira, aplicar o pensamento sistêmico pode ser a chave do auto-conhecimento nas organizações, satisfazendo assim de uma forma prática as exigências impostas por um ambiente complexo e globalizado.
