Contrabando y su impacto en el sector textil ecuatoriano, durante el periodo 2010 – 2015

Abstract

La investigación expone la situación del sector textil ecuatoriano ante la ilegalidad aduanera, o contrabando. Destaca las aprehensiones de mercancías realizadas por el Servicio Nacional de Aduanas del Ecuador, entre las que se encuentran las prendas de vestir, calzado, entre otros, las recaudaciones por pago de tributos, estadísticas de importación de textiles realizadas entre los años 2010 y 2015, se hace una revisión al sistema 4x4 cuyas estadísticas llevaron a restricciones que de manera indirecta alientan el contrabando.La metodología empleada se basa en un estudio exploratorio, descriptivo y cualitativo de los factores que inciden en la generación del contrabando en productos relacionados al sector textil. El objetivo es analizar la situación del sector textil, la incidencia del contrabando y las acciones relacionadas para su control como las aprehensiones. Se recurre a la descripción y análisis de estadísticas de importaciones para contrastar con el resultado por contrabando y recaudaciones.
