Restructuración del proceso del departamento de crédito y su incidencia en la productividad en la COAC COOPEDUCORO LTDA

Abstract

En las entidades crediticias sea banco o cooperativas de ahorro y crédito una de los puntos clave es el departamento de créditos de este dependerá la buena imagen que proyecte la institución, la parte primordial es el tiempo que demora en realizar los debidos análisis para el realizar una colocación, para que esto sea un realidad es necesario seguir con la ejecución de un plan de tiempos aplicando un organigrama de flujo encaminado a proyectar los lapsos y demoras que se pueden dar en el proceso crediticio para que funcione se realizara la debida observación de cada uno de los procesos para obtener resultados positivos y satisfacer la necesidades.
