Auditoría a los estados financieros de las pequeñas y medianas empresas: una oportunidad para mejorar su gestión financiera

Abstract

Según estudios realizados en el Ecuador de cada 100 Pymes creadas el 90% fracasan en los primeros 5 años del ciclo de vida por los inconvenientes que se presentan en la gestión financiera. El siguiente articulo tiene como propósito demostrar como la auditoria a los estados financieros de las pequeñas y medianas empresas pueden mejorar su gestión financiera. La auditoría es importante porque nos ayuda a minimizar los posibles riesgos y falencias que se pueden producir en la empresa. En la actualidad las pymes presentan alto índice de fracaso por el hecho de no utilizar un sistema de control interno. A partir de estudios bibliográficos y un análisis cualitativo se identificaron las oportunidades que ofrece la contratación de este servicio, dando como resultado una eficiente gestión interna, mejor imagen institucional, y mayor confianza entre las entidades bancarias.
