Los tributos y su aporte al Presupuesto General del Estado, un análisis comparativo en la República del Ecuador: periodos 2013-2014-2015

Abstract

En los últimos 10 años de vida democrática en la República del Ecuador ha existido una estabilidad económica principalmente en el sector público donde se han ejecutado obras de inversión pública y social. En el presente trabajo se analiza el marco de referenciapara la estructuración del Presupuesto General del Estado y se demuestra en qué medida los tributos aportan a su estructura. Se confirma la eficiencia del sistema de recaudación de impuestos ya que en los resultados demostramos cómo la proforma presupuestaria es superada por la recaudación real en los años de estudio. La contribución realizada ayuda a la literatura relacionada sobre el estudio de las políticas fiscales de la Región y en especial cómo los ciudadanos ecuatorianos consolidan indirectamentela normativa impositiva vigente. Para realizar el trabajo se revisó bibliografía relevante sobre el tema y se obtuvo la información cuantitativa del portal del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas y del Servicio de Rentas Internas del Ecuador.
