La comunicación organizacional como instrumento en la mejora de la productividad de la Hacienda Santa Cecilia

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la productividad de la hacienda mediante una buena comunicación organizacional, que les permita trabajar en un buen ambiente laboral y de esta manera trabajar en equipo logrando así el éxito de la empresa y por ende la satisfacción del personal.Para lograr optimizar el rendimiento de la hacienda se realizó un diagnostico que nos permitió conocer el problema que está pasando la empresa y así tomar las medidas necesarias, por lo tanto se implementara un diseño de comunicación efectiva que le permita a la empresa cumplir con las metas planteadas ya que una buena comunicación interna es importante en toda organización.La implementación de este diseño ayudara a que la hacienda brinde una comunicación externa eficiente y a su vez confianza en sus clientes y de esta manera lograr mantenernos en un mercado muy competitivo.
