Mejora del proceso de manipulación, almacenamiento y transporte interno del producto SKU A-025

Abstract

Los principales problemas presentados en las bodegas dependen del tipo de negocio que se está explotando. En la actualidad existen organizaciones que tienen out-and-back picking, otras hacen picking en un solo recorrido para diferentes ítems. Para todo esto es necesario tener conocimientos sobre el sistema compuesto por: trabajador – medios de producción. De forma tal que se pueda lograr mejorar la relación que existe entre estos dos elementos, con el fin de visualizar cómo se maneja la logística interna en el almacén de productos terminados de la empresa. Logrando que el sistema de producción o servicio se desarrolle de la forma más eficiente, eficaz y efectiva, garantizando los plazos de entrega proyectados. En la investigación se determinó la cantidad de medios unitarizadores, es este caso específico de las paletas de intercambios, así como la distribución que tendrán los SKU A-025 sobre ella. Además, se calcularon el número necesario de equipos de transporte interno. Se realiza el Layout del almacén, para lograr un mejor ordenamiento espacial de este y se definen los indicadores de aprovechamiento espacial, respecto a la utilización del área, altura y volumen utilizado. El objetivo del proyecto es optimizar el proceso de manipulación, almacenamiento y transporte interno del SKU A-025, aplicando métodos y herramientas logísticas.
