Cultura Y Aprendizaje Organizacional Como Base Para El Desarrollo Regional

Abstract

El estudio del desarrollo regional es un fenómeno complejo pues en él inciden la diversidad cultural, la especificidad de las organizaciones y las dinámicas de los procesos de transformación y/o equilibrio frente al entorno, por lo que es importante estudiar los modelos de desarrollo tradicionales, los modelos transferidos y adaptados, las condiciones de esta mezcla y sus consecuencias en las organizaciones. Bajo esta premisa se pretende relacionar el desarrollo como resultado de la dinámica existente entre la cultura y el aprendizaje de las organizaciones que componen la región sureste de Guanajuato, a través de un acercamiento cualitativo a la realidad de una organización agrícola de la zona.
