Sistemas Productivos Locales Para El Desempeã‘O Organizacional En El Sector Agropecuario

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo desarrollar un procedimiento de Sistemas Productivos Locales para la mejora del desempeño organizacional en el sector agropecuario en la Isla de la Juventud. Se realizó tomando como muestra la Unidad Empresarial de Base de Ganadería de la Isla de la Juventud, se aplicaron las técnicas de recolección de datos como encuestas, entrevistas y observación científica. Se realizó diagnóstico de las relaciones con entidades del territorio que tiene relaciones contractuales o estratégicas con el sector, en aras de verificar la articulación del desempeño organizacional. Se constató que son insuficientes los vínculos del sector agropecuario con entidades como la universidad y centros de capacitación del territorio para una mejora en su organización. Son escazas las acciones en el aprovechamiento sostenido de los recursos otorgados al sector según el Programa de Desarrollo Agropecuario Integral en su proyección hasta el 2020. Es por ello que se define un procedimiento de Sistemas Productivos Locales que articula los pasos a seguir para la mejora del desempeño organizacional en el sector agropecuario.
