Abstract

Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar as dificuldades, vantagens e oportunidades para a exploração do comércio eletrônico nas micro e pequenas empresas no município de Mogi Guaçu na melhoria dos negócios. A amostra consistiu em 16 micro e pequenas empresas de setores variados do município de Mogi Guaçu, nas quais foi aplicado um questionário estruturado com doze perguntas abertas e fechadas, a fim de que os empresários entrevistados pudessem apresentar suas visões individuais sobre o assunto do comércio eletrônico O resultado obtido foi o levantamento das principais dificuldades presentes no dia a dia das organizações, que podem ser sanadas através das oportunidades geradas, que posteriormente se transformarão em vantagem competitiva comercial e gerencial.
