Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo, através da análise de pesquisa de campo feita com famílias no município de Castanhal, demonstrar a equação da demanda de carne bovina e análise de regressão para caracterizar e explicar o perfil e comportamento dos consumidores de carne bovina no município a partir do uso de gráficos e indicadores. Este trabalho, através da coleta e tratamento de dados (Microsoft Excel 2013 e Eviews 3.0) provenientes da pesquisa de mercado, viabilizará o sucesso de novos empreendimentos que tenham sua demanda relacionada com carne bovina, já que possuirão um estudo detalhado com indicadores, equação, caracterização e explicação do comportamento do mercado na região. Os resultados atestam que o modelo da demanda de carne bovina apresentou sensibilidade inelástica em relação ao preço, o produto foi caracterizado como um bem normal e o produto frango foi considerado um substituto da carne bovina.
