Abstract

Las acciones de gobierno deben estar encaminadas a mejorar las condiciones sociales y establecer políticas públicas que cuiden la economía de la población y sobre todo de los más desprotegidos, en este caso el apagón analógico en México es sin duda alguna un paso necesario para la actualización y vanguardia de las televisoras en nuestro mundo contemporáneo, presentara mayor fidelidad las imágenes transmitidas, sin embargo se tiene que analizar si se ha hecho en el mejor momento y si la población esta preparada para el cambio o solo sufre consecuencias de este programado apagón, por causa de condiciones de pobreza se debe analizar este hecho para no cometer errores futuros que lejos de ayudar a la población le presenta una carga económica que tendrá que resolver en muy poco tiempo si desea seguir disfrutando de la televisión abierta para su entretenimiento.
