Abstract

El presente artículo está orientado al seguimiento de una de las metas focales del Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir: la reducción a 12 días del tiempo necesario para la apertura de un negocio. Dar a conocer cuáles son los trámites, costos y tiempos requeridos para iniciar un negocio en la actualidad, indicar cuáles son las nuevas leyes, proyectos y planes que está presentando el Gobierno en conjunto con las instituciones encargadas; para disminuir los gastos para los emprendedores. El método usado fue un estudio documental descriptivo. Se empleó la técnica del fichaje bibliográfico.
