Principales Variables Para La Gestiã“N De Cadenas De Valor Agroalimentaria

Abstract

Los mercados alimentarios de productos agrícolas han experimentado grandes transformaciones debido al papel protagónico del cliente y los cambios en la demanda. Por esta razón se considera necesario realizar estudios que permitan identificar las principales variables que faciliten el diseño de un modelo de cadena agroalimentaria. Para el desarrollo de este artículo científico se utilizó el enfoque prospectivo para determinar las principales variables que inciden en una cadena de valor agroalimentaria. Del mismo modo se diseñó el modelo de gestión de cadena agroalimentaria que permitirá mejorar el proceso de toma de decisiones, la satisfacción de los clientes y la cooperación entre los principales actores.
