Herramientas Estadã Sticas Aplicadas Al Control Interno En El Subsistema De Inventarios

Abstract

Esta investigación surge por la necesidad de perfeccionar el Control Interno, en la empresa cubana actual. Se verifica, mediante un diagnóstico la situación del Control Interno, enfatizando en el Subsistema de Inventarios, lo que permite determinar las insuficiencias que presenta la empresa pesquera industrial con respecto al estado del mismo. Lo anterior garantiza la información necesaria para realizar una auditoría al Sistema de Control Interno en el Subsistema antes mencionado, utilizando herramientas estadísticas tales como: observación, entrevistas y encuestas, que permiten establecer un plan de acciones para perfeccionar el proceso de Control Interno actuando en la eliminación de las insuficiencias detectadas, el cual debe ser implementado por la empresa de manera participativa.
