Evaluaciã“N Del Impacto De Las Investigaciones Realizadas En Las Ciencias Contables En El Sector Del Minal De Cumanayagua

Abstract

La presente investigación persigue como objetivo evaluar el impacto de las investigaciones de las ciencias contables en el sector del MINAL en Cumanayagua en el curso 2011-2012, para la identificación, recolección e interpretación de la información relacionada en la toma de decisiones en este sector. Se armonizó la metodología de impacto propuesta por el Ernesto Abdala (2004), la metodología de Nelson Castro (2012) y el Manual de Oslo (OCDE, 1996) para la fundamentación metodológica adecuada sobre la evaluación del impacto en las ciencias contables, lo que conllevó a la definición y operacionalización de las dimensiones e indicadores para este caso específico. La propuesta fue validada mediante el criterio de especialistas y el uso del Método Delphi. Los datos se procesaron en el Sistema estadístico SPSS para Windows versión 11.0 y se concluyó que: Se diagnosticó el estado actual de las investigaciones, mostrando que todas aportaron soluciones a los problemas planteados y fueron aplicadas, quedando demostrado que el MINAL ganó en economía, eficiencia y eficacia en sus costos, gestión contable y ambiental, y en sus obligaciones con el presupuesto del estado; evaluándose el impacto de positivo.
