La Calidad Impulsa El Desarrollo De La Economã A En La Provincia De Sancti Spã Ritus (Ss)

Abstract

La asimilación de la Dirección Estratégica en el sistema empresarial cubano en busca de la calidad demuestra apego a las corrientes internacionales. Sin embargo, aún se aprecian insuficiencias que requieren ser solucionadas para consolidar la aplicación de dicho sistema. En este trabajo se realiza un diagnóstico para conocer el comportamiento de dicha materia en las empresas líderes de SS en aras de contribuir a mejorar su aplicación encaminando a dichas empresas a brindar un producto final cada vez con mayor calidad. Se utilizaron instrumentos para la recolección de la información, como encuestas, revisión documental y procesamiento estadístico mediante el SPSS. El estudio demostró que la Dirección Estratégica resulta un proceso en marcha, toda vez que los principales directivos subestiman en cierta medida sus bondades. Por tanto, se impone desarrollar herramientas de capacitación y de desempeño estratégico que faciliten el seguimiento y control de la aplicación del proceso.
