Abstract

Este trabajo ha enfatizado el uso de las Tic´s así como también el e-commerce como una herramienta para crear valor en una empresa, en su desarrollo se analizará criterios de diferentes autores acerca de que son las Tecnologías de información y Conocimiento así como de las distintas clases que existen además del valioso aporte al crecimiento que se puede obtener mediante la implementación de las TIC´S en una empresa. Se ha revisado evidencia científica acerca de los resultados del acceso a la tecnología en distintos países y el alcance de estas en Ecuador. Se observó también el cambio que ha generado la implementación de estás en el tiempo, desde su sobrevaloración hasta su valor real en el mercado actual. Se obtendrá información para generar un criterio sobre la vigencia así como su relevancia desde la perspectiva del consumidor, empresas y estado; esto sin subestimar su efectividad y capacidad para dinamizar el desarrollo, también se observará en este artículo científico las diferentes tecnologías existentes.
