Plan del Buen Vivir en Ecuador: modelo sustitución de importaciones año 2015

Abstract

La investigación analiza el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir en Ecuador, documento aprobado por el gobierno de la revolución ciudadana, en el que realiza cambios en las políticas del Ecuador y que entre sus objetivos está el cambio de la matriz productiva y modelo de sustitución de importaciones; sobre este último elemento el Ecuador ha modificado los aranceles en los últimos años y para el 2015 se creó una lista de 2.800 partidas y generar sobretasas arancelarias hasta por un 45% durante 15 meses, a fin de que las empresas ecuatorianas reemplacen a los productos importados y luego del plazo, la industria nacional ya pueda competir con los importadores.
