Variante instrumental para el análisis de la dinámica estructural en el marco de la planificación empresarial

Abstract

El comportamiento de la dinámica de la estructura económica en una empresa tiene un peso determinante en el entorno donde está enclavada, como parte del sistema territorial y es hacia esa comprensión que se deben encaminar con una mirada renovadora los directivos encargados de la planificación estratégica empresarial. Los elementos planteados y la propia existencia del problema científico inducen la necesidad de realizar una propuesta que tiene como objetivo general, servir de guía en la conducción del proceso de análisis de la dinámica de la estructura económica en una empresa, que permita la orientación de la estrategia en el marco de la planificación empresarial. En el diseño de esta propuesta se eslabonan etapas y pasos que deben desarrollarse en la investigación, así como las herramientas y técnicas a utilizar para el logro de los objetivos de cada etapa y paso.
