Abstract

La orientación al mercado en el proceso de globalización actual, en la industria alimenticia se encuentra condicionada a cuidar la calidad de sus productos para poder ingresar a otros países o para ingresar a México. En esta investigación, se trata de dar cuenta de la importancia de la calidad de los alimentos está determinada por el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y comerciales, en la introducción de la mercancía a México o otros países.
