Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como propósito contribuir al perfeccionamiento del control de los costos hospitalarios en un Hospital Clínico Quirúrgico, persiguiendo como objetivo: elaborar un sistema de acciones para contribuir al control de los costos hospitalarios en el servicio de medicina, permitiendo una la fundamentación teórica y análisis de las principales causas donde se aspira a tener un mayor control y obtención real debida a su importancia, ya son el conjunto de indicadores que permiten evaluar la eficiencia económica del trabajo de la entidad, reflejando el nivel de productividad alcanzando con óptima utilización de los recursos, aún al encontrarse enmarcado en un sector no productivo, pues su conocimiento es lo que permitirá la optimización de los gastos sociales en que se incurre logrando una mayor eficiencia en la gestión hospitalaria.
