Aplicación del procedimiento para diagnosticar la distribución en las agencias de viajes del destino Cuba

Abstract

En las agencias de viajes (AAVV) de Cuba, en aras de solucionar problemas existentes con respecto al proceso de distribución, se han aplicado diversas metodologías de diagnóstico, sin embargo aún persisten problemáticas en la gestión de este proceso que atentan con el accionar gerencial en estas entidades y del destino en general. La revisión bibliográfica realizada devela que se carece de una metodología o procedimiento orientado a diagnosticar la distribución en las agencias de viajes y que se enfoque a las características de este proceso en el contexto cubano. Aunque se han empleado diversas propuestas orientadas a la distribución empresarial y comercial en estas entidades, que pueden ser adaptadas para conocer la situación actual del proceso de distribución, el enfoque es diferente. En la siguiente investigación se propone un procedimiento para diagnosticar la distribución en las agencias de viajes del destino turístico Cuba. Como resultado de la investigación se obtiene un procedimiento, estructurado en fases y etapas, que permita conocer la situación actual del proceso de distribución en las agencias de viajes del destino objeto de estudio.
