Estrategia sociocultural para incentivar el proceso tecnoproductivo del café en los productores del Consejo Popular de Farallones

Abstract

El proceso tecnoproductivo del café en el escenario que se estudia, comprende el Consejo Popular de Farallones. Las características económicas y ambientales de este lugar, obligan a los pobladores a desarrollar como labores agrícolas fundamentales el cultivo del café y del cacao, la investigación dirige la atención al cultivo del café desde la perspectiva sociocultural, en esta se pueden investigar los elementos socioculturales que están vinculados al proceso tecnoproductivo es decir: los saberes, las técnicas, las costumbres y las tradiciones principalmente. Tal consideración, permite comprender la intencionalidad de la investigación y su valor práctico para el desarrollo social, económico y cultural del espacio seleccionado.
