Diagnóstico de la auditoría de marketing en la empresa comercializadora de tabaco en Rama “La Vega”. La Habana, Cuba

Abstract

El enfoque marketing es hoy un obligado para lograr altos desempeños en las empresas a nivel internacional. El desarrollo de este enfoque ha demostrado principios de racionalidad económica en el mundo empresarial. En el proceso de actualización del modelo económico cubano se hace imprescindible su desarrollo dentro de la gestión y administración de la empresa cubana actual, buscando desempeños eficientes y eficaces que ayuden a la organización en particular y a la economía cubana en general. Con el objetivo de diagnosticar el subsistema de marketing en la empresa Comercializadora de Tabaco en Rama "La Vega" a partir de la auditoría de marketing, se ha confeccionado este artículo.
