Análisis de la oferta agroexportable salvadoreña hacia los principales mercados destino

Abstract

Este trabajo realiza una prospección sobre la inserción internacional de los principales productos agropecuarios salvadoreños en los mercados destino más importantes: Mercado Común Centroamericano, Estados Unidos y Europa. Para ello se analiza el cambio en las importaciones agropecuarias provenientes desde El Salvador en un lapso específico, observando no solo la manera que los productos se posicionan en el mercado, sino además el dinamismo que es explicado por las circunstancias endógenas. Esto no puede escudriñarse sin tratar de entender el contexto que explica el cambio en las importaciones, en tanto que las políticas y la importancia estratégica que otorga el Estado influye notablemente en la dinámica importadora y exportadora.
